My Glow account isn't syncing with my Eve app

So I downloaded eve first and tried to sign up but it never registered . So I downloaded the glow app and signed up with that, and it registered everything and when I tried syncing the two it wouldn't take. Whenever I try to explore the eve app it won't leave the "sign is as Elizabeth" . Every time I click that it loads and then stays on the same page. When I click "sign in as other user" and explore the app that way, I cant post , like, or really anything without having an account! Even though I have one &it sort of recognizes me.  I'd really like to log other things besides my cycle & health. Like sexual activity. Anyone else having this problem? Or know how to fix it !!?
