Anyone use e-cig
I used to be a heavey smoker I then moved onto e-cig for my health
I'm 5 weeks pregnant and although I'm so ashamed that I can't kick it I still use my e-cig it has nicotine in it which I no isn't good for the baby.
Every time I say to my self I'm not going to use it anymore it makes me crave it more 😔
