How tall are you? What are your eating habits? Have you discussed this with your pediatrician?

For me, I'm 6' tall at 16 I was a long distance runner and a body builder I was at my lowest weight of 177.

The BMI scale is mostly hokum, it doesn't take into account body shape, muscle mass and other factors.

Now with my OB my goal weight is 190-200 for my best muscle mass, and best weight for fertility(PCOS wise).
