Braxton Hicks?

Was wondering when they usually begin?!?! I feel like I should be experiencing them by now but I have no idea. I'm 30w4d....it may just be too early for me yet.

Some don't even experiance Braxton hicks during pregnancy! I wouldn't worry. I started getting them around 22 weeks. I'm now 28 weeks and I wish I didn't have them. I know they are normal but I am worried when I get closer to my due date (January 4th) that I might get confused with b hicks and real contractions.

I started feeling them infrequently since 16 weeks. I've noticed they increase with dehydration or lots of activity. It was crazy to learn that they start at six weeks, you just can't feel them!

U can get them as early as 16 weeks, they started for me at 17 weeks, I am now 28 weeks 5 days they are worse now then when they started, not everyone gets them,

My OB said they start about 20-24 weeks normally and usually your belly gets hard with exercise (walking up stairs) or sex. They usually don't last very long that early and should not be painful. I'm 30 weeks and have only really noticed them the last 3-4 weeks when I climb stairs. I'm sure it depends on the person though. 😊
