Definitely try to avoid caffeine as much as possible. Unfortunately, a lot of tea is naturally caffeinated. But you should be able to find yummy decaf tea at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's!

Not trying to be rude but why not just ask your doctor what's healthy for your baby. Someone can give you misleading information and then later on it can harm you and your baby

Also caffeinated tea while pregnant can be a problem if your drinking too much.

Yes just make sure you have it either 2 hrs before or 2 hrs after a meal that for sure includes iron, the product that's used to make tea the brown color takes away iron from you so in total you have none versus what you could have had.
