Australia?

Question

Anyone live in western Australia? My so n I have been considering moving there n I'd just like some info from someone living there..

I live in WA and I can tell you it isn't cheap here. Australia in general is expensive but WA is the worst for it, particularly paid parking. However public transport is usually really good here. The weather is great. We have great communities and a lot of room! I've lived in both the country (the Wheatbelt) and the city, both have great qualities as well as bad ones. If you were to move here, I would recommend visiting first. Places like Mandurah, Canningvale, Joondalup and Armadale are booming at the moment. I love Mandurah, its close to the beach and has gorgeous sceneries with plenty to do! Its a great state to live in but can just be expensive because its very isolated.

Thank you for your comment. I have definitely been researching that, they require you to take a skills test. I know the basic of what I have to do to get in there, just not how to do it. Lol I'm just fishing for more info, to see if anyone can tell me what I don't know. Also it's a super long process so I'm hoping to be living there by 2017, if they allow my family and I in.

From what I understand in order to immigrate to Australia, you have to have a specific education and be in certain job fields. They have very strict immigration policies. Just throwing it out there for you to research!
