Help! She has no desire.

My wife and I dated for several years before getting married. In those years we had a lot of crazy make out sessions but never went all the way until we got married. It was her first time and took quite a bit of time on our honey moon to seal the deal. Ever since we have been married the make out sessions have gone away. She doesn't want to be touched intimately in any way hugging, kissing, etc. we have talked about it and she's says she is afraid that everything is going to lead to sex and she has no desire. Yet she wants to start a family. It has been over 6 years and we are still having the same problem. Anyone have any advice?
