Have you participated in Pregnancy Centering?

 At my midwife office, I have the option to choose one on one appointments or Centering with a group of pregnant women who are around the same amount of weeks along. We get a little private time with the midwife during that, but I don't really know what is going to happen at Centering. The midwives weren't great at explaining it other than "you'll love it!" It's 2 hours long!!!! I start going to that at the 20 week mark on Oct. 26th. I'm a little nervous about talking to others in person, openly, about my feelings of pregnancy.
