Geritol

I keep seeing women on here talk about Geritol, I am wondering when women are starting to actually take it? I see some say they started taking it right away and I see some say they started it when their cycle started. I went and got some and I am just trying to figure out when I should start taking it? My husband and I have been trying for 15 months, we have a 6 year old together and really would like another but I'm running out of hope. Help!
