Maybe a stupid question?

Question

How do you pre-register for delivery? I'm a FTM obviously and I have 5.5 weeks until I get induced or have a c-section and that is if the girls don't come before then. I am trying to get as much together as I can right now but I feel so overwhelmed and have no idea how to do any of this.

Your OB's office may have a form that you can fill out and send in. Mine was in my "Congrats you're pregnant" folder they give out. Worth a question. Or you can call the hospital directly and ask.

Yes. My hospital offers online pre-registration. I also get a copy of my records from my dr because it speeds up the process when you're being checked in. I make a copy to keep for myself so I can compare where I was during each pregnancy.

Our clinic is basically within the same hospital system so no registration required!  Love it!

When I went to my hospital tour they said you could pre register to get it out of the way. I didn't have time but I had to go to the hospital later for a UTI and they pre registered me.

My drs office does the pre registration for me... One less thing for the mommies to worry about... But u should b able to call the hospital registration... They should b able to walk u through it...

With my son, the registration information and form was given to me when we hit the third trimester. There was directions on how to do it online as well. I would call your OBGYN and ask them the best way to register, they'll probably be able to email you the form or tell you over the phone.

My hospital has online registry. Or you can go to the main help desk at the hospital. Make sure to have your insurance information with you. It's very easy
