no Tylenol!!😭😭

i got a faint positive test a couple of days ago. i've got a really bad headache and tooth pain but we dont have any Tylenol. we only have Aleve or ibroprofen. i know they can be bad during pregnancy and until i know for sure and retest in a few days, i'd rather not risk it without knowing. cant contact a medical professional right now due to it being 1am so my next stop for pregnancy info... the ladies of Glow! so does anyone know if Aleve is ok to take during pregnancy??
