What does trapped gas feel like?!

I'm having small pains in my lower back and abdomen. Nothing severe but sharp once in a while. I've had trouble with constipation and have been having trouble passing gas. It's Sunday so I really don't want to rush to the e.r if it's just gas bubbles... Haha.

Drink kombucha or soda to get the air out. Get down on all fours and rock back and forth. Massage your stomach, stretch, and go for a walk.

Gas can make you miserable. Drink some pickle juice or take a colace. Should feel some relief soon.
