When do you feel the butterfly feeling?

Hi all, what's the earliest in pregnancy you can feel the 'butterfly' movement or feeling?

Everyone is different. They say it normally starts around 16 weeks

Some feel it as early as 14-16 wks.

I thought I felt it once during week 10. And then, about once/week for a couple of weeks. My doctor said there was no way.  Except? Now that I am 21 weeks, it's the same feeling except often throughout the day everyday. This is my 3rd pregnancy, but first one past 8 or 9 weeks. For what is worth, I also felt ovulation and am pretty sure I felt conception. So, I feel everything.
