Yeast infection??

So I'm super prone to getting yeast infections, and I am allergic to fabric softener down there. But lately I have been extremely itchy and can't make it stop, but I don't have any type of discharge that you would commonly get with yeast infections. Plus it feels like the skin around the actual hole is like raw and cracking. But I haven't been having sex or anything.  I use sensitive care fragrance free laundry detergent for my undies and nothing helps. I even went through a round of yeast infection medicine.
