Faint BFP then BFN then faint BFP?

So yesterday I tested about 11am and got the above photo, I was so excited so I decided to test again when I first woke up at 9am this morning.. It was a BFN.. So I waited and I feel pregnant so I just tested again about 11am.. Faint BFP (bottom picture). I'm so confused. I know it's very early as I have a week til AF was due but has anyone experienced this? Is it the cheap tests or different possible HCG levels throughout the day? Just a waiting game now.
