Pre Seed - expensive!

I went to buy Pre Seed today and it was $25....the cheapest I've seen is $20. Yes, I understand if you're having a baby, you have to expect expenses, and all that. But I'm having a hard time justifying spending that much when it might not work, etc. Basically my question is, has anyone found it cheaper somewhere else, or is it always $20 or so?
