Working out
So I have been active for about a year now. I go to the gym every morning. I understand everyone's pregnancy is different.. But I still exersize the same, I just don't lift as heavy. I do have people I know who tell me I should stop and I should only walk.. But I enjoy jogging and spinning. I have been told I should not let my heart rate go above 140. I know mine goes higher then that time to time. What do you think of working out? I don't feel that just be used I'm pregnant I should act handicap. I feel as long as I listen to my body and not push myself more then I should. I should be ok.. I enjoy working out and lifting..
