At risk housing and pregnant

My mother was abuseive to me as a child which led to 14 broken arm injurys the child services let me down I have now been in councilling for many of years and still live with my mother! Since my injurys which the services knew about 2 children have been bought up in this home and not one been injured and child services haven't been involved I'm now pregant at 18 and at 8 weeks child services have pulled out risk assessment for my child they want me to move out urgently and they speak to me about my child asif I am my mother? When I'm the complete opisit anyway I put my name on the council houseiNg register and I'm only entitled to a 1 bed Because they say the baby could die. I'm now 20 weeks and rang up because I had seen a 2 bed house and they said I'm not allowed a 2 bed until 32 weeks into pregnancy? I don't understand. Child services and houseing is both the same council so why do I have child services on my case at 8 weeks if the other side of there company is saying my child can die up to 32 weeks? I carnt seem to find the logic. So I'm now stuck in a hole I carnt private rent as I don't know anyone who could be a gaurentor I live in a small town so it's hard to find a landlord that will not ask for a gaurentor. I really don't know what to do any advice on trying to find a home asap last thing I want is to live in a mother and parent accommodation as I'm very very quiet! Or my child to be taken off me because off the risk they say my child is under livening in this house.
