I had an IUD in for almost 2 years my fiancé and I have been trying to get pregnant since I took it out in March and no luck so far.  How long does take to get pregnant?  I take pre nat vitamins daily.  My periods are coming every month if not 2 times a month is that normal?  They are light or very heavy and painful.  What should I do?
