Please help!!

My husband and I have been TTC for 9 months now. My period is still not regular after stopping birth control. I haven't had it for 3 months now and got a negative test on Saturday. I heard about pre seed and want to try it out. I'm not sure if it will work because I haven't had my period and haven't been ovulating. Is there anything to use to help start my period or can I go ahead and just use Pre seed now?
