Baby 3!!

We just found out we are expecting baby 3! We are so very excited. I tested 7 days before my period should have come, and got a good positive. Tested again 2 days later (5 days before expected period) and got a dark positive. We are wondering if it's 3&4 instead of just 3! Lol what do yall think? I don't get to have an ultrasound until November 9, when I'll be about 7 weeks.
