Need some help

I've had 2 MC but still hoping for the best. My AF is not due until Sunday the 25th but this past Tuesday evening when I wiped I had a brown spotting so I thought I was getting my AF early so I put on a pad and went to sleep. Following morning nothing. Wearing a pad the whole day and only once when I wiped I had another brown spotting. And today again just once when I wiped another brown spotting. Can anyone tell me what this is? So confuse don't know if I should take a test already. Plus my bb have enlarged and been sore this past week. Hope for an answer
