I feel like I'm been judged..

So today we told our families and friends the good news and one of the first questions we got asked is if we are finding out the gender. And the answer is yes! But once most people found this out they reacted as if they are disappointed and "advised" us to wait for the suprise ect.

We are looking forward to finding out the gender but was thrown by a lot of people's reactions. Any similar experiences?
