Leg pain at night?!?

I am 20 weeks and keep wakeing up during nights - without cramps - but my legs feel heavy as steel, blood seems not to circulate and so painful that I have to get up. I take Magnesium already. Anyone else?

I get leg cramps, gotta get up, walk, and drink some water

I have severe sciatic pain at night, I switched to sleeping on my left side which help tremendously. Buying a pregnancy pillow not a body pillow was recommended to me also although I haven't purchased it yet.

I haven't had much pain. I just have restless legs and arms. It's terrible.
