I'm assuming this is you and not the baby. I have had similar reactions to medications. It's definitely systemic and not contact. I would go into the doc for a Benadryl shot or something

Did U have antibiotics during labor?? This happen to me after I did. Take Benadryl or go to the doctor. I thought it was from pupps which I had before delivery but it was a reaction.
