Third time revising af on glow but getting bfn!

Today is the 3rd time in this one cycle I've marked my period as being late on glow. I have tested everyday and gotten bfn's but still no period. Been nauseous and tired with sore breasts which gives me hope but tests are all neg. How long did it take for you ladies to get a bfp??
