Should I take a pregnancy test?

Sierra • I have PCOS and want to have baby #2. I have a wonderful son names Liam James. But he needs a little brother or sister. He needs a best friend!
According to Glow I'm supposed to start my period today but if I go by the 28 days things I'm supposed to start either the 28th or 29th. But I took one of the first response pregnancy tests a couple days ago and it was negative.
