Hi were expecting our 3rd baby in January. DS1 I had a terrible CSection experience and with DS2 I had an all natural VBAC with a Doula's support. We aren't able to afford a Doula again for this delivery so I'm looking for books, websites or videos that will help prepare DH to be my only labor coach. Tips of coping and pain relief ideas for him to help me with and just a general refresher of the stages of labor and how to identify each stage.
