Does anyone else's mouth go numb after your SO ejactulates in your mouth during oral? Anyone know the cause?

I've had this problem but soon found out I was allergic to the condoms and the powder that coats the inside. So I can't use them. Don't know if this will help

You can actually be allergic to his semen, mine went numb and I actually got to the point to where I'd flip shit if he came in my mouth
