Me and my SO found a perfectly clean car seat BESIDE the dumpster in our family housing apartment (we plan on soaking and scubbing every inch) and It won't expire till Awhile after my due date. (a good six months after) The handles a little rubbed and worn but it's a very minor for the quality its in. Is it okay to use this car seat? And is this a newborn car seat? Please no judging. We're just doing our best to save money
