Bleeding during sex

Anyone ever have light bleeding after sex? I've had it happen twice in the last 2 months, I don't know if it is just irritation from rubbing (my gyno has told me my vaginal walls are thin and tend to bleed easy) but never really had this happen and have been with husband for over 6 years! Not really doing anything different while BD, just hoping not a cyst or anything, I am gonna to call doctor but any advice in meantime is appreciated!
