Ladies need some info on macaroot I have heard the best time to take it is in ur luteal phase after ovulation till next periods comes . How true is dat becuz there are lots of contradictions about uses of it some says u can use it through out ur cycle just give a 1 week gap after every 3 weeks . So any buddy taking maca for fertility or pcos need ur experiences n thought about it it
