I saw this video he slams her down and drags her then handcuffs her she wasn't listening in class as it says and wasn't following orders..
I don't think it should have gotten this far honestly but I wonder what do you think??
Ridiculous? Or served right? 
If this was posted before I just haven't seen it here..

If a parent did this, they would be arrested for child abuse. I don't care if this girl was being the biggest brat on the face of the earth- being a brat is not a crime. There is no justification for using that much force on a teenage girl less than half his size.

Watch the whole video, read witness reports from other kids. That will pretty much tell you what you need. He used force, how else was he supposed to removed her from a class when she refused multiple times. Then she laid violent hands on him. For a teen to think this kind of disrespectful behavior to her class mates, her teacher, her schools officer is ok she needs to be taught a lesson quick before she ends up in jail.

I have to tell you.. (I didn't see the video) while this may appear to be wrong and abusive..  You don't know any background information..  I work in a school with children who challenge me daily..  This has never happened in my presence..  But there are some very difficult situations we deal with regularly..  We don't know what warranted this to happen..  I try not to judge unless I'm involved and know the entire story

Ok, yeah, he was out of line there was just no need for that level of reaction. 
But.... She was not being a "peaceful" anything... She was loud, obnoxious, belligerent and disruptive and according to what I read had been that way for a while which is why she ended up in the situation. Would it have been so hard for her to just stfu and do what she was told? Let's tell it the way it was please.

I saw this - it is extremely disturbing. The officer has been sued in the past for using unnecessary force and for racial profiling. This criminal needs to be fired and thrown in f***ing jail.

After hearing more about the issue I find it messed up. She was dealing with being put in a foster home her grandmother just passed away. It's normal for kids to act out when they are going through stuff like that. I know when I went through shit as a child at times I felt like I was walking through a dream. It's so sad. They should report the whole story first then say what happened. No one knew what she was going through I know I didn't and I still passed judgement.

OK now I saw the video..  And i agree the cop was ROUGH..  But at the same time it was unprovoked..  That student is not innocent. They student is getting all the limelight here like she's this innocent child and she shouldn't be. If she followed the rules, none of that would have happened. Does the cop need to be investigated or retrained? Highly possible, like I said..  He was rough.. But it all happened bc the student was being disrespectful..  Like hell am I going to allow my child to disobey authority.

I saw the video and yes he was WAY out of line...HOWEVER she may have just been a peaceful student but she clearly has an attitude problem and can't listen to authority. She resisted, and was obviously disruptive and being a disrespectful little brat. She was not 100% innocent like everyone wants to portray her as. I'm sure this wouldn't be big news if the cop was black. They are BOTH wrong. He didn't have to be so forceful and she needs to stop being such a brat.
