I took a cheap DG pregnancy test and it's already coming up pregnant only 3 weeks after my period. Could this mean twins?

Answer

That just means you have a high level of pregnancy hormones. My first pregnancy was the same way. More than likely just one baby, but there is of course a chance it's twins. Just saying that the home tests can't determine that is all.
