After sex do you ever get that feeling?

So my and my so had sex yesterday I used preseed for the first time I prayed before applying it and we had made love he came twice in me and after I just elevated my hip to give me peace at mind and this morning I woke up feeling different. My stomach has been feeling off and in kinda like when you have butterflies in your stomach. Has this feeling ever happened to you?
