Pcos?!?

Hello ladies who have been diagnosed with pcos... I am curious to know how you were diagnosed and what symptoms you had leading up to your diagnosis?  I am 21 ttc #1 with my hobby for about 2 years now & have recently went to the doctor and had blood work done on cycle day 21... For thyroid progesterone and (something else) also ovulation (which I had)... Could I still have pcos even though all my tests came out great??? I usually have normal periods ((every 38 days)... Any onsite?
