Definitely get a follow up in two weeks. With hcg levels that high they should be able to see something on ultrasound, especially vaginally

Early on it can be difficult to see anything over the abdomen, even with a full bladder. Transvaginal is the best/clearest that early on, if they still did not see anything then they will probably just follow your blood work and maybe another ultrasound at some point.
