Did anyone notice any changes or signs before a bleed?

I had no warning. I didn't even know it until I went into the hospital for contractions and they did an ultrasound and we found out.

I did not, I just started spotting, luckily it was after they diagnosed the previa so I wasn't as freaked out. If you're concerned you can always call your Ob to check on things
