Breast Leaking, but BFN??? - help!!

I just got a BFN on Saturday, but haven't had a period since September 3. I just took my bra off after work and there looks like a large wet spot on the inside of my bra. Any suggestions??? I already have an appt scheduled for November 3, but curious if anyone experienced this and ended up pregnant or something else??

I've been through something similar. Took a pregnancy test and nothing, got period that same night. I had my bloodwork done to make sure there wasn't anything crazy with joy hormones, everything was great, no explanation.

I had leaking breast a few years ago, went to the dr. Who swore up and down I was pregnant but I was not so he ordered a blood test that showed  my prolactin lvls were through the roof  It was due to a medication.

It could be a number of things I've heard hormones changing which doesn't nessesarily mean pregnancy but it was my first symptom. I squeezed my nipple and it was leaking clear fluid. Took 3 tests all positive. But like I said it could be a number of things causing it. Sometimes side effects from certain medications.
