Should I be worried?

I have been leaking colostrum from my nipples since my first trimester. The past few days I have noticed a redish brown blood coming from my left nipple?! Should I be worried? Has anyone else has this happen? Breast cancer runs in the family. My grandma had it at 35.

I've had brown discharge from my nipples and when I went to the doctor I was scolded for not coming in right away. This was pre-pregnancy for me. I ended up having a benign polyp in my milk ducts. It was surgically removed and I have been fine since. I tell you this not to scare you but to encourage you to call your doctor.

You could have an infection which is dangerous so I would go to the doctors before two weeks

I'd call your office tomorrow and see what they recommend. I personally wouldn't feel comfortable waiting two weeks to see what they have to say.
