What symptoms are you all having so far?

I am 4 weeks and 3 days.  The only significant symptom I am having is sore breasts.  I am be urinating a little more frequently.

Metal taste in my mouth and cramps , headaches not a lot and more spots and veinier than usual

Horrible cramping but that's it. I feel the same not sore breast, nausea, fatigue, nothing. I got a postive that's why I know im pregnant. I want to feel pregnant. Im 5 weeks maybe its to early im having a doctors app. this Tuesday.
