Lunch suggestions; decreased appetite
I'm 23 weeks and for the past couple weeks up until this week I've been hungry all the time and have been staying pretty on track with eating small snacks every hour or so (I'm a teacher so I eat a little snacks - fruit, veggies, crackers) during passing periods. However, this week I've noticed a decrease in my desire to eat. I'm still hungry, but just no motivation to eat the rest of my snacks/lunch once lunch time hits. I'm starting to get really bad headaches, which I'm taking as a sign I need to cut it out. Any suggestions for easy non microwaveable lunches I can take to keep me interested in food? I've been taking sandwiches which I'm good with, but would appreciate some other types of cold lunches that I can eat at work to change it up and keep interested in food? Thanks!
