Please can someone give me some advice on taking these?? I've been taking geritol for almost two months (same cycle tho). I have vitex and maca but have not taken it yet. I'm currently on CD 51 with BFN. Ovulated on CD 18. My question is: should I add in taking vitex and maca with the geritol? Or any one of them by themselves? At what point during your cycle is the best to start taking the vitex??
