Herpes? TMI

I'm kind of freaking out. I was washing myself and I felt something down there. I looked and there was something weird. It looked almost like a blister but it was skin color and there was little bit of a white spot but I'm also dark down there and the different colored spot was just a different skin color, not really white. It's hard to explain. It doesn't hurt or itch. Nothing. It wasn't there the other day either. I showed my sister and she said it looked like a little skin tag. But she also has herpes. And she said it looks nothing like herpes. I'm just scared. My friend does readings and she did a reading for me and she said I had herpes. It's just a scary thought. Any advice :(
