Just discharged after a wreck.. Getting worried..

Okay mama's, yesterday I was in a bad car accident and was hit at a dead stop. Well I was transported to the hospital by ambulance and while on the way my blood pressure kept dropping. They did a ct scan and everything came back perfectly fine. I was kept on anti nausea medicine and had fluids running through my IV all night, and only got sick one time . well I was discharged this afternoon and ever since I've been home I haven't been able to keep anything down and now I'm starting to feel weird in the area where baby is, I thought maybe it was gas or I had to go #2 but its not the issue..... How long should I wait to call them back if I'm worried?
