PAIN!! HELP!!

FTM 30 weeks I've been having excruciating lower back pain for about 24 hours or so it's so back at some point I want to cry I've had a lot of rib discomfort, and some pelvis pain but not much (pelvis pain), and my inner thighs feel like they're stretching severely if that makes sense my dr is the health departments OB I have an appointment Tuesday at 3 do I wait till then to see what's going on since I can't be fit it before or should I make a trip to the ER also what does this sound like to you ladies??
