On bedrest, Battling Tough Decisions....

So on Tuesday, I went to L&D because I was having contractions & had some bloody mucusy show. It was pretty scary because im only 34 weeks. They gave me shots to stop the contractions, but I still feel back cramps.

I followed up w/ my OB on Friday, & he put me on bedrest. It's very discouraging. I went back to work earlier this month against his wishes. I needed the $, and couldn't afford to be off. Been battling my insurance company to apprv my paid leave. They have flaming circus hoops that im apparently required to jump through. According to Aetna they don't see an inability to work. HA! Hating life right now.

I don't want to put my baby at risk or put myself in preterm labor, but I also have to support myself & family. The 1st claim we initiated took 2mos for them to decline! I don't have that kind of time to waste. I'm 34w&6d now, having complications & feeling awful about myself. Smh.
