Pin/needle pricking feeling...?

I went to the bathroom and have since been laying down. It feels like a pin or needle is pricking me inside my vagina where I guess my cervix is? Is this normal? What could it be? I've never felt this before.

And I don't know if he's head down being 31 weeks and a few days they haven't checked anything really yet they won't check until starting at 37 weeks :-/

Is the baby head down? It could be him hitting r nerves. I call it zings and get them all the time but I'm also 32+4 and 3CM , 50% and he's at a -2 station or was last time checked. I feel like he's dropped more or my cervix has shortened more.
