Hey ladies. I went to the hospital in October due to horrible right side pain and the doctor told me that I have a cyst on my right ovary. Well me and my husband have decided to ttc and hope to fall pregnant this month and surprise the family on Christmas day. My question is does a cyst stop me from getting pregnant? I don't have pcos. This is my first cyst. And I do still have it.
