Scared.

Had a miscarriage a year ago and found out we are pregnant with our rainbow baby. I will be 5 weeks tomorrow. Had very light spotting about a week ago. Went to the bathroom this afternoon and noticed pink when I wiped. Started to bleed a bit heavier (not enough to fill a panty liner) then turned dark brown right away. I do have an appointment tomorrow but I'm so scared. Has anyone had this before?
